One of a four-film series on the AIDS epidemic in India, this film examines the virus as Indian society's great class leveler, following its transmission through interweaving stories that link urban and rural India.

"The idea for Migration came to Viola while he was walking down a street one rainy day in New York. His glasses were covered with raindrops and he saw that each drop was a lens. Everything around him was covered with little hemispherical lenses that contained optical microcosms of the environment. He was surrounded by worlds within worlds . He couldn't see the images in the beads of water on a passing car but he knew they were there. It was a question of scale. He recalled an exhibition of satellite photos that showed first the east coast, then the New York area, then just Manhattan, then just lower Manhattan . What fascinated him was not that one could see buildings from that distance, but that such detail wasn't the result of a zoom or a blowup as we normally understand them. They hadn't used four different telephoto lenses and made four different pictures . It was all one computer-enhanced electronic image, a database. The information in the closeup existed already in the larger-scale".

Does Germany still have control over its asylum policy? Michael Kyrath disagrees. State failure and loss of control must end. Kyrath lost his 17-year-old daughter Ann-Marie to a Palestinian asylum seeker who stabbed her and her boyfriend multiple times on a train in Brokstedt two years ago. Since his daughter's death, Michael Kyrath has been lobbying the media and politicians for more control and more removals. In Stuttgart, the reporters are on the road with a police patrol policing a knife-free zone, and the Danish Minister of Migration explains how the Danes have adapted their asylum policy. Presenter Julia Ruhs is also in Aschaffenburg, where a child and a 41-year-old man died in a knife attack in January 2025. She visits the daycare group and speaks with the association's chairman. The documentary report under the new banner KLAR explores the question of what needs to be changed in Germany's asylum policy.
